All payments are to be made at least 24 hours prior to the start of arranged class date to secure the agreed upon day and time. You will Receive a QR code at least 24 hours prior to the lesson for payment via paynow. Regrettably, no credit card payments are accepted presently.
Cancellation of class is allowed 24 hours before class which allows me time to fill the vacant slot. Please be informed that your payment will not be refunded if cancellation is within 24 hour period.
All packages have a 6 month validity from date of purchase. Please complete your 10 sessions within 6 months. All remaining lessons will be forfeited if they have not been completed within 6 months from date of purchase.
Please inform me when you will be away on vacation as soon as possible so I may have some time to arrange my schedule accordingly. I will in turn also give as much notice as possible when I will be on vacation.
If class is cancelled due to weather we will simply reschedule the class. If it is an Adhoc lesson and there is no intention to reschedule then the charge will be returned. If class is interrupted due to weather please see the table below for charges.
